When Dwyane Wade returned to his hometown of Chicago this week to host a youth sports camp with Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall, he probably thought he could get away from all the hoopla and annoying questions that mark the NBA offseason.
Boy, was he wrong.
Apparently the Miami Heat guard isn’t safe anywhere, as Wade claimed while addressing the media on Tuesday that one young fan asked him a particularly tough question.

The kid’s question wasn’t necessarily unfounded. Wade has developed a penchant for embellishment in recent years and was fined $5,000 for a particularly egregious flop in Game 2 of this year’s NBA Finals against the San Antonio Spurs.
Wade speculated that the young fan’s dad put him up to it, but the kid apparently asked the question multiple times, which leads us to believe that he was just sick of Wade and his flopping antics.
You tell him, kid.
