Mo’ne Davis was schooling the boys on the basketball court well before she was throwing complete game shutouts at the Little League World Series.

A video of the Philadelphia teenager breaking ankles with a killer crossover has been making its way around the Internet, and for good reason. The video is from early 2010 —  making her just shy of nine years old — and she makes it look easy.

Davis actually told ESPN’s Karl Ravech that she prefers basketball to baseball and hopes to play point guard at UConn someday — before she makes it to the WNBA, of course.

“That’s for (UConn women’s basketball coach) Geno (Auriemma),” Davis added. “Geno has to know.”

Auriemma got the message and reached out to Davis, so her dream might not be too far off from becoming a reality.
