When the country saw Paul George break his leg in a gruesome injury during a Team USA scrimmage this summer, it was difficult to imagine that the Indiana Pacers forward would play this season.

Fans might want to rethink that notion.

Less than three months removed from the terrible injury, George somehow is back on the court taking jumpers.

No, they’re not the type of jumpers one would see an NBA player actually take in a game, but it’s better than nothing, and Pacers fans likely are rejoicing after seeing it.

George said recently that he hopes to come back some time before the end of the season, but at this rate it, wouldn’t be surprising to see him return sooner.
