The AHL announced its All-Star roster Tuesday, and two Providence Bruins made the cut.
Forwards David Pastrnak and Alexander Khokhlachev were chosen to play in this year’s AHL All-Star Classic, which takes place Jan. 25-26 in Utica, N.Y.
Pastrnak and Khokhlachev lead the team in points, with 27 and 25, respectively. Pastrnak’s 10 goals and Khokhlachev’s 18 assists also are tops in those categories on the P-Bruins.
Khokhlachev might have to head to Upstate New York solo, however, as Pastrnak was called up to Boston on Tuesday.
