Dining Playbook: Jenny Johnson Talks Fenugreek Seeds In ‘J-Tox’ (Video)

There’s a reason Billy Costa refers to his “Dining Playbook” co-host as the show’s in-house Gwenyth Paltrow.

The health-conscious Jenny Johnson introduced the “Dining Playbook” audience to fenugreek seeds in the latest “J-Tox” segment. The plant is used to help with digestion and kidney trouble, as well as to increase fiber, iron and protein.

To top it all off, it also doesn’t taste too shabby, as it resembles maple syrup.
