LaRon Landry’s 10-game suspension for a violation of the NFL’s performance-enhancing drug policy hasn’t kept him out of the gym.
The free-agent safety’s biceps seem to have doubled in size over the past two and a half months.

That recent picture probably won’t help convince anyone that Landry is off the juice and ready to sign with an NFL team. The 30-year-old will miss the first 10 games of the season if a team elects to sign him.
This is Landry’s second PED-related suspension. He was banned from the first four games of the 2014 season after violating the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy.
