So Abby Wambach is pretty good at soccer, huh?

The most decorated international goal scorer in the history of women’s soccer added another line to her already lengthy résumé Tuesday when she buried the lone goal in Team USA’s 1-0 win over Nigeria.

Wow.

Is there any other way to describe that?

The tally, which came in the 45th minute, was the 183rd of Wambach’s illustrious career and the first goal a Team USA forward has scored in this Women’s World Cup. It’s a good sign for the Americans, who certainly will need all the support Wambach can provide if they’re going to take home the sport’s most prestigious title.
