Stop us if you’ve heard this before: Danny Ainge is trying to pull off a big trade.

Joking aside, the Boston Celtics’ president of basketball operations appears to be pushing hard to shake up the team that improved its win total by 15 games and made the Eastern Conference playoffs last season, according to the Boston Herald’s Steve Bulpett.

There aren’t any further details, and this doesn’t mean anything definitely will happen, but Bulpett typically has his ear to the ground on these rumblings.
Let’s just hope if Ainge does find that other storm, the deal is more boom than bust for the C’s.
