Trailer For ‘Concussion’ Movie Doesn’t Make NFL Look Too Good (Video)

The NFL’s next public relations nightmare might be coming on the big screen.

The trailer for the movie “Concussion” was released Monday morning on The MMQB, and it’s not exactly a good look for the NFL. The film, which stars Will Smith, exmaines the NFL’s ongoing issue with head injuries among its players.

Smith plays Dr. Bennet Omalu, the noted neuropathologist who first discovered CTE. Omalu has been on the front lines in the fight against head trauma in football since making the discovery, famously challenging the league in PBS’ “Frontline” documentary on the NFL.

The movie will be released in December. See the trailer below.
