Tristan Thompson hasn’t been present at the Cleveland Cavaliers training camp, and LeBron James wants that to change.

Thompson currently is holding out from Cavs camp, as the big man reportedly refused to accept the Cleveland’s five-year, $80 million contract proposal and still is a long way away from finding common ground with the club.
But that might change after James’ message to Thompson via Instagram.
Could LeBron’s plea be the impetus Thompson needs to get a deal done? Perhaps. But the 24-year-old, who played a key role in Cleveland’s run to the NBA Finals last season, also could use the superstar’s endorsement as leverage to seek a bigger payday.
Whatever the case, it’s clear LeBron wants Thompson to resolve his contract issues, and fast.
