Former New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter is retired, but he still is making plenty of news during the World Series.
Jeter recently proposed to supermodel girlfriend Hannah Davis, and the two are set to get married, sources told the New York Daily News.
“She already has the ring,” a source close to Davis told the New York Daily News. “The family is very happy because they really like him.”
Jeter, 41, retired from baseball after the 2014 season. He has been linked to the Victoria’s Secret model since 2012. Davis, 25, has also been in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, including on the cover in 2015.
