Chelsea’s UEFA Champions League campaign now hinges on one game.

Chelsea hosts Porto on Wednesday at Stamford Bridge in the final Group E game. The teams are tied atop the group with 10 points, and Chelsea needs just a draw to remain there. However, the loser of the game could end up in the UEFA Europa League, as Dynamo Kiev lurks just two points behind Chelsea and Porto.

Jose Mourinho faces the club with which he won his first of two Champions League titles. Porto won the last meeting 2-1 on Sept. 21, but Mourinho is banking on the home support to inspire his team to victory.

John Terry is battling to recover from an ankle injury in time to play against Porto. The Chelsea captain his missed his team’s last two games.

Porto goalkeeper Iker Casillas could inflict great damage on Mourinho’s reputation. The two clashed while at Real Madrid, and their second on-field reunion will be consequential.
