Eduardo Rodriguez will make his 2016 season debut against his former organization.

The Boston Red Sox starter is back from the disabled list and will take the mound Tuesday against the Baltimore Orioles in the second game of the division rivals’ four-game series at Camden Yards.

Rodriguez went 0-3 with a 3.54 ERA in five rehab starts at Triple-A Pawtucket after suffering a knee injury during spring training. The 23-year-old left-hander went 10-6 with a 3.85 ERA in 21 big league starts last season.

In other lineup news, the Red Sox placed Jackie Bradley Jr. on paternity leave while he and his wife, Erin, await the arrival of their first child. Boston called up outfielder Rusney Castillo to take his spot on the active roster, but Chris Young will play center field and bat seventh Tuesday.
