Whether wrestling fans like it or not, the polarizing Roman Reigns is the WWE world heavyweight champion. But he might not be for much longer.

Reigns will defend his title, which he earned at WrestleMania 32 with a victory over Triple H, in Sunday night’s main event at WWE Payback against A.J. Styles at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill. “The Phenomenal One” quickly has climbed up the ranks since his WWE debut at the Royal Rumble in January, but a win Sunday would be his biggest achievement yet.

In addition to the main event, WWE chairman Vince McMahon will announce which of his children — Stephanie or Shane — will control “Monday Night RAW,” Dean Ambrose will fight Chris Jericho, The Miz will defend his Intercontinental title against Cesaro, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens will add another chapter to their ongoing rivalry, Women’s champion Charlotte will put her title on the line against Natalya and Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady will battle The Vaudevillains for a shot at the tag team title.

There also will be two preshow matches — Dolph Ziggler vs. Baron Corbin and United States champion Kalisto vs. Ryback. The preshow airs at 7 p.m. ET here.

You can watch the event live on WWE Network, which you receive free for one month when you first sign up.
