Robert Kraft appeared to be just as tired of talking about Deflategate when asked about it Tuesday as New England Patriots fans are of hearing about the case.
Kraft gave a brief answer when asked by NFL Media’s Judy Battista at the NFL Spring Meeting about the petition Patriots quarterback Tom Brady filed Monday to have his four-game suspension re-vacated.
“Look, we’ve been behind him,” Kraft said. “The whole thing has been mishandled in my opinion. It’s unfortunate. We hope he prevails.”
NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said Tuesday he’s not focused on the case “at all.”
