Tom Brady Gave Stephon Gilmore His Jersey After Patriots Won AFC Championship

Stephon Gilmore shared an interesting tidbit about his quarterback Saturday morning during a Twitter Q&A.

Asked for his favorite Tom Brady story, Gilmore revealed the New England Patriots QB gave him his game-worn No. 12 jersey after the Patriots knocked off the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game.

Gilmore certainly deserved the recognition. That game featured the most iconic moment of the cornerback’s first season in New England: his fourth-down pass breakup late in the fourth quarter that all but sealed Brady’s eighth AFC title.

Gilmore, who also had an excellent game in Super Bowl LII, called the win over the Jaguars his favorite game of the season. Some other highlights from his Twitter chat:
