The Boston Bruins hosted their first opponent at TD Garden on Saturday night when the New Jersey Devils came to town for a weekend battle.
Boston wasted no time giving the home crowd something to cheer about, ripping a snapshot past Cory Schneider to give the Bruins an early 1-0 lead.
