The New England Patriots are hoping for some twin magic in their secondary during the 2018 season.
The Patriots traded for cornerback Jason McCourty, reuniting him with his twin brother, Devin McCourty, for the first time since they played together in Rutgers’ defense from 2006 to 2008.
There’s reason to be excited about the acquisition, and NESN.com’s Doug Kyed and Zack Cox ran through the reasons on this week’s NESN Patriots Podcast. They discussed all of the Patriots’ acquisitions and happenings over the last week.
They didn’t dive into LaAdrian Waddle’s re-signing since it happened after the time of recording.
