Not only has Tim Thomas showed some incredible life in the crease, but Nate Horton, Milan Lucic and David Krejci have been plating like the league’s top line.
While these three are dominating opposing defensemen and netminders, a few young forwards have been wowing B’s fans so far, as well, in Tyler Seguin and Jordan Caron.
Sure, the hockey world knows all there is to know about Seguin as he and Taylor Hall hogged the spotlight heading into the NHL draft. But while the Seguin hype has caused some fans to forget about the 6-foot-3, 204-pound Caron, the Quebec native has two goals so far this season. He netted his first NHL tally against future Hall of Famer Martin Brodeur in New Jersey and roofed one against Semyon Varlamov at the TD Garden.
