Patriots Show Jets Who’s Boss in Monday Night Massacre (Photos)

Monday night’s Patriots-Jets matchup was supposed to be the game of the year. It was. For New England.

The Patriots took an early 3-0 lead, opened up a 17-0 margin by the end of the first quarter and cruised to a 45-3 shellacking.

The win puts New England atop the AFC East standings and gives the Patriots the best record in the conference at 10-2.

The Jets fall to 9-3, and now, Rex Ryan and the rest of Gang Green have to figure out what went wrong.
