More than 100 million people watch the Super Bowl, so when you mess up the national anthem like Christina Aguilera did, it's big news.

By contrast, there are only about 6,200 people watching Syracuse Crunch hockey games, but that isn't preventing the AHL club from offering Aguilera a second chance.

The team has reached out to Aguilera, offering her a chance to sing the anthem at a Crunch game, according to Syracuse.com.

In the event that you haven't heard, Aguilera botched the line "O'er the ramparts we watched," instead saying, "What so proudly we watched."

"I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through," Aguilera said afterward.
