As USC fell to UCLA and lost control of the Pac 12 South on Saturday, the Trojans also may have lost their starting quarterback.
Matt Barkley left the game late in the fourth quarter and was seen with his right arm possibly in a sling after the game.. Barkley may have a separated shoulder, Scott Wolf of the Los Angeles Daily News reported.
USC came into the year with national title hopes, and Barkley came into the year with No. 1 overall pick hype. Both have diminished as the season has progressed. USC stands at 7-4 after another down season under Lane Kiffin, and Barkley was seeing his draft stock slip even before his shoulder injury.
Check out the picture below of Barkley leaving with his right arm inside his jacket.
