If you thought your high school ever had a cool pep rally, chances are it pales in comparison to the theatrics taking place at Miami (Fla.) Monsignor Pace High School.
We’ll give you a hint — the Spartans’ stunt involves a trampoline, a dunk from the foul line and a giant ball of fire.
The pep rally, for the fall and winter sports teams, included performances by the school’s cheerleaders, dance crew and dance line. TV personality Andy Pita of the Class of 2005 hosted the event, and the Miami Bboy Academy came and did break-dance routines and special dunking tricks, including the dunk that involved some fire.
A fire-breather from the academy, whose members have also performed for the Miami Heat and on TV competitions, pulled off the stunt.
