Awaiting Carlos Ortiz arraignment on murder charge. His lawyer tells me he believes the charge is a "change in strategy" for Hernandez case.—

Ortiz originally was charged as an accessory in Lloyd’s killing.
Hernandez will be arraigned in court Wednesday on a double-murder charge stemming from a July 2012 drive-by shooting. He’s been in jail since his June 26 arrest.
