11:40 a.m.: The inactive lists are rolling in, and it’s not very surprising, but Calvin Johnson is out for the Detroit Lions.

7:45 a.m.: New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham was expected to miss a few weeks with a shoulder injury, but he might be back as early as Sunday.

The original prognosis called for the All-Pro to miss multiple weeks after the Saints’ Week 6 bye, but Graham looks like he might be ready to play Sunday against the Detroit Lions. Graham made the trip with the team to Detroit, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Sunday morning Graham is expected to give it a go.

How much Graham actually plays, though, is unknown. He’s not expected to start, per Schefter.

Elsewhere, it’s expected to be a relatively quiet week on the injury front. Prior to that Saints-Lions game, however, a lot of eyes will also be on Detroit wide receiver Calvin Johnson. He was upgraded to questionable with an ankle injury after missing last week’s game, but he’s still not expected to play.

Lions head coach Jim Caldwell said it would take a “miracle” for Johnson to go Sunday.
