Brady Quinn: Florida State Deserves To Be Ahead Of Oregon In Rankings

jameis winstonThings are heating up in college football as the Mississippi State Bulldogs take on the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday in a game that ultimately could decide the SEC.

While the undefeated Bulldogs are No. 1 in the College Football Playoff rankings, there was some debate over which team should have been No. 2 this week.

Currently, one-loss Oregon sits on top of undefeated defending national champion Florida State. But Brady Quinn wrote on Football By Football that he feels the ACC powerhouse should be getting some more love because of its 25-game winning streak.

He also notes that Oregon lost to Utah, which has three losses, and that the Seminoles beat Clemson without star quarterback Jameis Winston.

Finally, Quinn questions TCU at No. 4, writing that one of their Big 12 rivals deserves the spot more than the Horned Frogs do.
