Dominic Raiola is getting off scot-free for Sunday’s late-game antics against the New England Patriots.

The Detroit Lions center will not be disciplined by the team for his cheap shot against Zach Moore on the final play of the game, head coach Jim Caldewell announced Monday.

“He and I talked,” Caldwell said. “We addressed the issue. What we talked about is a private matter, but he knows how we like to do things around here. And that’s the end of the story.”

The NFL also is giving Raiola a pass, as NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported the center will not be suspended nor handed a fine by the league, citing a source.

Raiola intentionally dove at Zach Moore’s knees in the final seconds of the Patriots’ 34-9 win because he was upset at what he viewed as New England running up the score.

Raiola’s frustration set in even earlier on the drive, though, as he also took a swing at the back of Moore’s head.
