Jets center Nick Mangold arrived at MetLife Stadium on Sunday wearing an NYPD hat to honor the two New York police officers who were shot and killed in an ambush the previous day.

The two officers were shot and killed while sitting in their patrol car in Brooklyn over the weekend. The suspected gunman, who was believed to be seeking revenge for the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown, later killed himself in a subway station.
