Chris Paul shot Kevin Durant a stare after knocking down a jumper Sunday afternoon.
KD responded with his own variation of “scoreboard.”
The Oklahoma City Thunder were in the process of blowing out the Los Angeles Clippers at the time — so far into that process that Durant already was done for the day in the third quarter. They’d go on to win 131-108.
Paul’s shot cut L.A.’s deficit to 20 in the third, and TV cameras caught Durant reminding the point guard of this fact.
“You’re down 20 now, homie,” Durant taunted. “You’re down 20 now.”
Can’t argue with that.
