Congratulations on making it this far in your fantasy football season.

But the difference between second place and winning your league could depend on your fantasy waiver wire choices this week. Have no fear, though, because we’re here to help with some players you should consider adding this week.

Quarterback: Kirk Cousins, Washington Redskins
Cousins had one of the best games of his career Sunday afternoon against the Buffalo Bills. The Redskins quarterback threw for 319 yards with four touchdowns, putting him north of 30 points in many fantasy leagues. Cousins has his team in first place in the NFC East, and his opponent in Week 16, the Philadelphia Eagles, just got torched by Carson Palmer and the Arizona Cardinals. You like that?
Other quarterbacks to target: Teddy Bridgewater, Jay Cutler

Running Back: Bilal Powell, New York Jets
Powell quietly has been one of the best fantasy running backs of late, thanks in large part to his production coming out of the backfield in the passing game. Powell has scored a touchdown in three straight games, and he quickly is becoming one of the top targets for Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Other running backs to targetChristine Michael, James White

Wide Receiver: Kamar Aiken, Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens have been out of the playoff picture for a while now, so we’ll forgive you if you haven’t been paying attention to them. But Aiken is one player you want to get to know if you need a wide receiver this week. The third-year pro had a career day Sunday with eight receptions for 128 yards with a touchdown, and he consistently has been putting up strong numbers for fantasy owners.
Other wide receivers to targetStefon Diggs, Willie Snead

Tight End: Will Tye, New York Giants
The Giants lost a heartbreaker Sunday against the undefeated Carolina Panthers, but there’s a good chance you’re still alive in your fantasy playoffs if you started Tye. Tye has emerged as one of Eli Manning’s favorite targets, and with Odell Beckham Jr. suspended for one game, his role should only increase this week.
Other tight ends to targetZach Miller, Austin Seferian-Jenkins
