Grayson Allen has developed a reputation for sending opponents to the floor, but it was the Duke star’s turn to hit the deck Thursday.

Allen’s No. 4 seed Blue Devils had their work cut out for them in an NCAA Tournament first-round matchup with No. 13 UNC-Wilmington. Apparently both teams were sweating it out, as Allen slipped and fell not once, but twice in the second half.

To clarify, that Vine showed two separate instances of the Duke guard slipping in almost the same spot. After Allen’s second wipeout, a pair of Duke staffers decided to take matters into their own hands by proceeding to scrub the floor with unprecedented vigor.

Now that’s the type of effort that will take you far in the Big Dance.

The Blue Devils apparently were inspired by that incredible cleaning display, as they went on to win 93-85 behind Allen’s 23 points.
