Kam Chancellor went to look into a possible business venture and instead found himself being questioned by police.

The Seattle Seahawks safety tweeted Wednesday about an incident that occurred at the Redmond Athletic Club in Redmond, Wash. The gym permanently closed Monday, and Chancellor was looking for information about buying the property, as he runs fitness boot camps for women, per ESPN.com.

The building still has employees working out of it, but apparently they were far from helpful.

Redmond police received the call at 4:25 p.m., with a “report of five adults pounding on the door and looking in the windows with cameras as if they were trying to gain entry,” per the Redmond Reporter. Public information officer Becky Range told the Reporter that upon arrival the group “expressed they had an interest in purchasing the gym and were trying to make contact with someone inside the facility.”

“Our interactions with the group were very positive,” Range said. “The group left the area without incident and no police report was filed.”

Chancellor understandably was not thrilled about the whole ordeal, though, and tweeted that he won’t be opening his business in Redmond.
