The Boston Bruins should have both of their Millers back in the lineup for the first time since Feb. 14 as they begin their season-ending three-game homestand Tuesday night at TD Garden.

Defensemen Colin Miller and Kevan Miller both are expected to play against the Carolina Hurricanes, according to reports out of Tuesday’s morning skate. The former was recalled Tuesday from Providence, and the latter missed Boston’s last game with a lower body injury.

D-man Dennis Seidenberg will miss his third straight game as he deals with a lower body injury of his own, Bruins head coach Claude Julien told reporters.

In other lineup news, winger Jimmy Hayes is expected to play after sitting out Boston’s last two games as a healthy scratch. Seth Griffith, who took Hayes’ spot in St. Louis and Chicago, was reassigned to the American Hockey League to make room on the roster for Colin Miller.

The Bruins entered Tuesday trailing the Detroit Red Wings by one point for the Atlantic Division’s third and final guaranteed playoff spot. Boston, which still controls its own destiny despite dropping seven of its last nine games, hosts Detroit on Thursday before wrapping up its regular-season schedule Saturday against the Ottawa Senators.
