Fletcher Cox isn’t planning on leaving the Philadelphia Eagles any time soon.

The defensive tackle agreed to a six-year extension to remain with the Eagles through the 2022 season. Official numbers weren’t released by the team, but ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the extension is worth $103 million, $63 million of which is guaranteed.

The 25-year-old was drafted by the Eagles in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft, and he’s been a mainstay on Philly’s defensive line since becoming a full-time starter as a rookie. Cox recorded 9.5 sacks and made the Pro Bowl in 2015.

The two sides appeared to be heading toward potential contract issues when Cox decided to sit out some organized team activities, but that’s all in the past now. Will the same now happen with Von Miller and the Denver Broncos?
