Now is a time for new beginnings at Manchester City and Sunderland.
The teams will meet Saturday at Etihad Stadium in their opening game of the 2016-17 season. The contest also marks the start of Pep Guardiola’s and David Moyes’ reigns as managers of Manchester City and Sunderland, respectively.
Manchester City hasn’t lost a home league game to Sunderland since 1981. Imagine what will happen if Moyes manages to engineer an upset in his first game in charge.
