Newsflash: Odell Beckham Jr. and Josh Norman don’t like each other.
The New York Giants wide receiver and Washington Redskins cornerback have a noted history of animosity dating to Norman’s time with the Carolina Panthers last season. This season, the bitter rivals will get to face each other twice, and the first showdown took place Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
It didn’t disappoint.
In just the first quarter of their matchup, Beckham leaped in the end zone expecting a pass from quarterback Eli Manning, and when that pass didn’t come, Norman decided to give him a ride, literally carrying the Giants wide receiver off the field.
The two aren’t exactly throwing haymakers at each other, but this pretty much is what we expected from Beckham and Norman in this NFC East showdown.
We’re glad these two are in the same division now.
