Blake Bortles Throws Laughably Bad Interception In Jaguars’ Loss To Chiefs

Blake Bortles isn’t a good quarterback.

Sure, his stats aren’t too bad, but most of it is accumulated in garbage time while his Jacksonville Jaguars are losing.

The Jaguars lost 19-14 to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday afternoon, and it was poor passes like the one below that prevented Jacksonville from scoring enough points to win.

Interceptions are an ongoing problem for Bortles, and the Chiefs weren’t a good defensive matchup for him.

Still, there’s no excuse for a pass that bad. There was no Jaguars receiver anywhere near that pass. Jacksonville needs to address the quarterback position at the end of the season because Bortles isn’t the franchise-cornerstone player draft experts projected him to become.
