Rams Coach Jeff Fisher Can’t Find Challenge Flag In NFL Week 13 Blooper

Jeff Fisher misplaced his challenge flag Sunday in a comic reflection of the Los Angeles Rams’ follies in 2016.

The Rams head coach wanted to challenge a play during the third quarter of his team’s NFL Week 13 loss to the New England Patriots but couldn’t find his red challenge flag. Fisher was forced to verbally ask the official to challenge the play.

Fisher eventually found the flag in his coat, and replay officials overturned the play.

The Rams were trailing 17-0 at that point, and the successful challenge didn’t reverse Los Angeles’ fortunes.

They lost 26-10 to fall to 4-8 on the season.

However, Sunday wasn’t all bad for Fisher. The Rams reportedly extended his contract by two years, despite their enduring mediocrity and occasional laughs they give the rest of the NFL.
