Red Sox Set to Start Spring Training Workouts

Red Sox pitchers and catchers begin spring training workouts on Saturday at the team's player development complex in Fort Myers, Fla. Thirty pitchers and six catchers are scheduled to participate in the team's first official workout.

The workouts that will run from Feb. 20 to March 2, with the team's first full workout set to take place Wednesday, Feb. 24.

The Red Sox will have 60 players in major league camp. Fifteen infielders and nine outfielders will join the team's pitchers and catchers.
