Should Kevin Kolb or Michael Vick Start at Quarterback for the Eagles This Weekend? Eagles head coach Andy Reid has announced that he is sticking with Kevin Kolb as his starting quarterback for Week 3, and Michael Vick, who filled in tremendously in Kolb’s absence, said he is alright with it.

But are Eagles fans alright with this decision?

Kolb was eliminated from the opener thanks to a concussion and was unable to bounce back in time for Week 2. Vick, who entered in his absence in Week 1, finished that contest with 175 passing yards, 103 rushing yards and one touchdown in a losing effort to the Packers.

He then got his first start in four years in Week 2 against the Lions and certainly made the most of it. He threw for 284 yards on 21-of-34 passing and connected for two touchdowns in a 35-32 victory.

But apparently, that effort wasn’t enough as Reid named Kolb the starter for Week 3.

Although he has been in the league now for four years, Kolb has started just three games, and the third start was this year’s opener in which he was forced out early. Vick, meanwhile, has started 70 games and has played in three Pro Bowls in his career.

But Reid is a big fan of Kolb and claims to have watched him closely since his days at the University of Houston. Kolb only threw 34 passes in his first two seasons with the Eagles before they called on him to replace an injured McNabb in 2009. While subbing for McNabb, Kolb threw for 718 yards and four touchdowns with three interceptions. He also ran for one touchdown.

So who should start this weekend in Jacksonville?
