Providence Bruins coach Rob Murray doesn’t put the blame of Friday’s loss solely on goalie Matt Dalton.

Murray started his third season as Providence’s head coach with a 5-1 loss against the Springfield Falcons.

He told Adam Kaufman that he thought the first goal Dalton let in was “soft,” but that the loss wasn’t the goaltender’s fault.

“I don’t care who you are, what kind of goalie you are, you can’t let that [soft goal] in,” Murray said.
