Just how loud is The 12th Man at Qwest Field?

It takes a scientist to answer that question.

During Saturday's win over the Saints, running back Marshawn Lynch got the loudest fans in the land to reach unspeakable levels.

Lynch's 67-yard touchdown scamper in the fourth quarter was as exciting a run as they come and The 12th Man roared in approval. In fact, they roared so loud that the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network recorded a small tremor at exactly 4:43 p.m. — the same moment Lynch was done stiff-arming Tracy Porter, according to Q13 Fox.

The readings came from an old monitoring system near where the Kingdome used to stand.
