Shawne Merriman's steroid-aided exercise once led the NFL to establish the "Merriman Rule," forbidding a player suspended for performance-enhancing drugs from winning any awards or being chosen for the Pro Bowl during the season of the offense.
Merriman is hitting the gym without PEDs these days, but he ran into a problem Sunday morning, finding that his 24 Hour Fitness wasn't in fact 24 hours. Luckily, the Bills linebacker was able to get his workout in.
