Ravens safety Tom Zbikowski announced it will only take him cuatro cinco seconds to beat up Chad Ochocinco.

Zbikowski, who has boxed professionally, told Dan Patrick on his radio show Monday that he’d most like to step in the ring with Ochocinco.

Ochocinco responded with a tweet that Zbikowski will “go nite nite” if they agreed to a boxing match, claiming that Zbikowski’s feet and hands are too slow. While that might be true on the football field, where the two have been AFC North rivals for three seasons, those skills don’t translate all that much to boxing.

Zbikowski then posted on Facebook that he’d like to set up a four-round match for charity at Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium in May. So, while it’s unclear when the pair can reconnect on the field, Ochocinco has the chance to back up his words with a concrete challenge in May.

And yes, we know that 45 translates in Spanish to cuarenta y cinco.
