Adrian Gonzalez Gets Night Off, Kevin Youkilis Returns to First Base Against Ricky Romero, Blue Jays

The streak is over.

After 85 straight starts in a Boston Red Sox uniform, first baseman Adrian Gonzalez will get a breather, as Kevin Youkilis, who was removed from Monday afternoon's game after getting beaned in the back with a pitch, will take first base on Wednesday night.

Dustin Pedroia will bat third while David Ortiz will hit cleanup. Getting his second straight start at third base will be Yamaico Navarro.

Leading off is All-Star Jacoby Ellsbury, who is 5-for-14 (.357) with three RBIs and a double against Romero. J.D. Drew is 11-for-22 with a triple and a tater against Romero while Big Papi is 10-for-23 (.435) with one homer and seven RBIs. Pedroia, who is hitting .538 (7-for-13) in his career against Romero, will be in the No. 3 slot for the fourth time this season and the 15th time in his career.
