Remember Fever Pitch? There might be a Fever Pitch-type television comedy in the works, thanks to ESPN and ABC.

ESPN and Bill Callahan created a comedy that chronicles the weekly gatherings of four Boston friends, Deadline TV reports. The guy friends — who all live near Boston — hang out once a week to watch one of their teams play. ESPN sold the comedy to ABC, but Callahan, ESPN's Vinnie Malhotra and Joan Lynch are still expected to work on the product.
