Will Middlebrooks Returns to Lineup as Red Sox Look to Stop Four-Game Skid Against OriolesIt didn't take long for Mike Aviles to resume his leadoff duties, or for Will Middlebrooks to find his way back into the Red Sox lineup.

Aviles will be the first Boston batter to step up to the plate Sunday, leading things off against Tommy Hunter and the Orioles.

Middlebrooks, meanwhile, returns to the lineup after being scratched on Saturday due to hamstring tightness. He'll bat eighth and play third base.

Jarrod Saltalamacchia will once again be behind the plate, catching Clay Buchholz, who looks to rebound after giving up six runs to Oakland on Monday. He did pick up the win in that contest, though, which is something he'll look to replicate with the Sox in the midst of a four-game skid.
