Curt Schilling‘s video game company 38 Studios may have declared bankruptcy, but now it appears some of the former pitcher’s creditors are going after his personal funds.

Citizens Bank is suing Schilling to recoup $2.4 million, according to NBC 10 in Rhode Island, and they are attempting to take the money from Schilling’s own personal assets.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Superior Court in Boston, also names broker company Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a defendant.

Schilling’s 38 Studios declared bankruptcy earlier this month.
