A’s Josh Reddick Uses George Michael’s ‘Careless Whisper’ As Walk-Up Song (Video)

Oakland Athletics outfielder Josh Reddick upped the ante on walk-up songs during Monday’s game against the Chicago White Sox, choosing the most classic of slow jams.

The lover of all things manly — including his grizzly facial hair and his penchant for wrestling — showed off his tender side as he casually strolled to the plate with George Michael’s “Careless Whisper” playing throughout the stadium.

The smooth saxophone either really got Reddick pumped up or it completely distracted the White Sox (understandably so) because the outfielder hit a triple, walked and dropped a bunt single to help the A’s defeat Chicago 5-4.
