MLB: Los Angeles Angels at Minnesota TwinsThe 2014 MLB postseason is almost upon us, and the league released its schedule for October baseball Thursday.

The regular season wraps up on Sept. 28, and all of the postseason fun starts on Sept. 30 with the American League Wild Card game. The National League Wild Card game takes place the next day. That Oct. 1 game will be shown on ESPN, which is the network’s first postseason baseball broadcast since 2006.

Both AL Division Series games are slated to take place on Oct. 2, so Oct. 3 will be a busy day for playoff baseball with both NLDS Game 1s and ALDS Game 2s in the lineup.

The AL and NL Championship Series start Oct. 10 and 11, respectively.

The Fall Classic kicks off on Oct. 21, the first time it’s begun on a Tuesday since 1990. The AL has home field advantage again this year thanks to its All-Star Game victory.
